The Sales Leader’s core requirements include recruitment of producers, onboarding and training of producers, and holding producers accountable to their production goals. The Sales Leader is the day-to-day manager of all producers in their territory. Sales Leaders are encouraged to maintain a reasonable book of business, but do not have annual new business requirements. Sales Leaders are tasked with managing new business sales for the agency.   The Ideal Candidate - A true go-getter, you are able to take initiative and are a highly motivated person to succeed. - As a sales professional for AssuredPartners, you feel comfortable and confident in your interpersonal skills and set high ethical standards for yourself. - You are a true leader and have the ability to think big with a vision, but also to execute with strategy and “put rubber to the road”.
