This role consists of a 24 month training and development program that will prepare the participant to become a licensed insurance sales professional. The focus of the training program will be driving new business primarily through agency referred accounts by reviewing, quoting, processing, selling and servicing small account business at the agency.

This role consists of a 24 month training and development program that will prepare the participant to become successful insurance agent. The focus of the training program is generating new business accounts through sales activities including: prospecting, networking, drop-in visits, outbound cold calling, and social media engagement for a specific product portfolio. The Sales Executive is a new Producer or a Producer that does not have a book of business. In this role, the Sales Executive actively solicits and sells insurance products and services to existing and new clients; may maintain an existing book of business; expands book of business; and enhances the public image of the Agency.

The Senior Account Executive is an advanced account management position. This role requires management of a large book of business, more than five years of experience in an Account Executive role, and advanced designations.
