The Account Coordinator assists the Account Executive or Account Representative and other department personnel by processing work associated with insurance accounts, such as issuing certificates of insurance, rating, data entry, renewal preparation and other tasks by performing the following duties. This is a great entry level role in our insurance organization; if you are looking to learn, this is for you!

The Sales Executive is a new Producer or a Producer that does not have a book of business. In this role, the Sales Executive actively solicits and sells insurance products and services to existing and new clients; may maintain an existing book of business; expands book of business; and enhances the public image of the Agency.

The Commercial Account Executive will provide a high level of sales support to internal team members and customer service to clients. The position requires a significant degree of independent judgment and discretion in order to meet those service levels. Duties include assisting in selling, marketing, and customer service in coordination with other Agency personnel.
The Account Executive has superior product knowledge and is familiar with the specific products offered by the Agency's carriers. The Account Executive will assist in the production of new and renewal accounts in keeping with Agency and individual Producer goals and provide field service in support of Producer activities.
The Account Executive is responsible for assisting clients with service needs and making changes to existing policies. The Account Executive will work with the Producer to design and recommend proper insurance and risk management programs to Agency clients while working with a team to support these goals.

The Sales Executive is a new Producer or a Producer that does not have a book of business. Typically paid a salary plus commission. The Sales Executive solicits and sells insurance products and services to existing and new business; maintains an existing book of business; expands book of business; enhances the public image of the Agency by proactively performing the following duties.
The Agency Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Producers focused on capturing new business. This leader will work with the Regional Sales Leader to recruit, on-board and train new Producer hires.
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of assigned clients by providing support to designated contacts of assigned clients (employers) and performing benefits administration tasks for these clients. The Benefits Specialist is also responsible for the collection, analysis and processing of client data and preparation of client invoices, vouchers, retirement funding reports, and other client-related reports.
The Account Executive will work in collaboration with the Producer and the service team and is responsible for the strategic management of client’s employee benefit plans and objectives. The Account Executive is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with other internal and external business partners and carriers.

The Sales Executive solicits and sells insurance products and services to existing and new business; maintains an existing book of business; expands book of business; enhances the public image of the Agency by proactively performing the following duties.
Assists with journal entries under supervision; helps in preparation of reports and posting to specific accounts. Responsible for depositing and posting of all deposits daily. Must operate in a manner consistent with GAAP accounting rules. Works with accounting staff in other offices to ensure that reconciliations are in balance. Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties.
The benefits administrator II position is responsible for managing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, travel and accident plan, flexible spending plan, retirement plans, etc.). This position provides excellent customer service and designs quality benefits plans. The administrator continually investigates new benefits programs, improves existing programs while supervising and monitoring the benefits administration.

This role consists of a 24 month training and development program that will prepare the participant to become a successful Producer. The focus of the training program is generating new business accounts through sales activities including: prospecting, networking, drop-in visits, outbound cold calling, and social media engagement for a specific product portfolio.
