Summary:

Assists Marketing Team with gathering information from Producers and Account Service Teams, while collaborating with Marketing Executives in the production of pre-renewal analysis, client proposals, and quote comparison summary documents in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner using Office Microsoft Suite and Adobe software products.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Serves as a resource for Producers and Account Executives.  Assists Marketing Executives in executing marketing strategies and objectives. 
  •  
  • Orders loss runs from insurance carriers.  Reviews loss data and premium data to calculate loss ratios.
  •  
  • Follows up with insurance carrier underwriters as needed to assist Marketing Executives throughout the marketing process for new and renewal business.
  •  
  • Assists with maintaining marketing database for carrier products and services.
  •  
  • Prepares documents in collaboration with Marketing Executives for presentation to clients and prospective clients, including pre-renewal analysis, quote comparisons, and proposals using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software products.
  •  
  • Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
  •  
  • Must regularly work with customers, vendors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

 

Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and an ability to interact well with a variety of different audiences, solid verbal/written, mathematical, problem solving and tracking skills. Should be able to handle and prioritize multiple projects at one time, with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Should be a team player with a collaborative and flexible attitude and take initiative to coordinate marketing activities. May require overnight travel to off-site meetings and events. 

 

Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • College degree preferred
  • Insurance experience desirable

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Current valid insurance license.
  • Ability to obtain insurance license within the first year of employment.
