Overview

The Sales Coordinator is essential to enabling AssuredPartners Sales Team to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically. This team is responsible for revenue planning, operational effectiveness in our sales enablement, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can be highly organized and efficient, working closely with our cross functional teams and supporting the sales team and verticals at large. Additionally, this person will assist AssuredPartners’ Chief Revenue Officer with Executive Assistant duties like travel planning and expense reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and gathering information and marketing material for content sent out on behalf of the Sales organization
  • Maintaining our internal Sales Intranet page
  • Maintenance of monthly and quarterly reports and mapping files
  • Create presentations on behalf of the Sales Organization
  • Administrative support for the CRO involving but not limited to scheduling travel and processing expense reports

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office with an emphasis on Excel and Google applications
  • Familiarity with sales and data management tools, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Motivated self- starter possessing excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
