Summary The Account Executive will provide a high level of support and customer service to clients. The position requires a significant degree of independent judgment and discretion to meet those service levels. Duties include assisting in marketing existing client’s policies and customer service in coordination with the manager and other Agency personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience
Five years of previous insurance customer service experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Appropriate insurance license(s) preferred; If not licensed, will be required within three months of hire.
