The Sr. Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Sr. Consultant and the Producer as the dedicated point of contact for clients.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts
  • Perform as leader and “go-to” for eligibility manager and BAT Team
  • Provide top-level day-to-day client service to accounts
  • Including but not limited toResolve escalated claim and enrollment problems
  • Resolve escalated billing problems
  • Delegate service, when applicable, to eligibility manager, HRIS consultant or BAT Team
  • Execute account management procedures and processes, including:
  • Annual Benefit Renewal
  • HRIS Implementation and Maintenance
  • Weekly File Feed Support
  • New Client Intake
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Create and update monthly financial tracking for all clients large enough to receive data from carriers
  • Keep an eye on weekly wires and investigate any spikes and report back to client or Senior Consultant
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • 2 Years of medical Insurance Experience
  • 1 year of self fund insurance Experience
