Lake Mary location seeking licensed and experienced Quality Assurance Representative-PL (Underwriter). We represent over 50 carriers for personal lines insurance. The QA Rep (Underwriter) is responsible for ensuring adherence to internal workflows within the department and that client data are properly maintained within the agency management system.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must have comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance in the state of Florida and be familiar with property insurance policies, coverage and guidelines. Position involves reviewing files, collecting missing documents, signatures and all requirements to complete and bind a policy.


Preference given to candidates with demonstrated underwriting experience.


Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.                                           
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have excellent computer and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior organizational skills a must

Preference given to candidates with demonstrated underwriting experience


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

440, 2044 or 220 Insurance License required
