Assist with department marketing communication efforts and perform various administrative duties in support of department team members by performing the following duties.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, execution, and deployment of email newsletters and other communications and contribute to the list-building strategy and email optimization.
  • Collaborate on effective communication and social media strategies, and assist with writing copy for websites, blog posts, newsletters, and more.
  • Contribute to the overall organization and optimal functioning of marketing and communications for the team by carrying out various tasks as assigned.
  • Compose routine correspondence and e-mails and assist with other external and internal communications duties as needed.
  • Provide admin support to department team members as needed.
  • Copies data and compiles records and reports.
  • Scans files into appropriate program, maintains scanning report and organizes and prepares boxes of scanned documents for shredding.
  • Data input and retrieval.
  • Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.


Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.                                         
  • 1-2 years of related experience. College degree a plus, not required. 
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PowerPoint a plus.
