Essential Duties

  • Proven reception / customer service skills with a clear phone manner, courteous attitude and the ability to problem solve
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated initiative when undertaking day to day activities
  • Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus


Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:                                              

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administration role in a call center

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • 440 or 215 Health insurance license preferred
