Summary:

Excellent Quality Control leadership position with responsibilities to the Director of Quality Control. The position will focus on the implementation and compliance monitoring of various quality control initiatives as well as the oversight of the quality control processes associated with acquisition due diligence and integration.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Regional Director of Operations with the ongoing implementation and compliance monitoring of various system quality control initiatives.      
  • Lead, coordinate, and provide all training to the field pertaining to AssuredPartners agency management systems best practices, policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with Regional Mergers and Acquisitions team to facilitate the timely and accurate completion of all systems quality control related processes during due diligence and post-acquisition.
  • Ensure system standards are in place for all agency management systems within the region including standard and AssuredPartners compliant proposals, forms, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with Regional Director of Operations and AssuredPartners Operating Systems team on all data conversions within the region.     
  • Provide direction to the branches as needed with respect to any systems quality control and/or best practice related issues.  
  • Manage all 3rd party integrations pertaining to the agency management system.      
  • Perform other specified duties and projects as assigned by Regional Director of Operations and/or Regional VP of Operations.
  • Position may require travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     
  • Configuration experience with Applied EPIC, TAM, Vertafore Sagitta, AMS360, BenefitPoint, or Nexsure.                    
  • P&C service experience preferred, but not required.                 
  • Bachelor’s degree (B A.) or equivalent; or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Professional Insurance Designation and Insurance License preferred.
