Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties. Other duties will include issuing new and renewal certificates of insurance for commercial line clients. Provides professional, courteous and efficient service to clients in support of Client Service Representatives and Producers

Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
We're looking for a team player who is a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Should have knowledge of commercial insurance policies, forms, and endorsements.
Ability to use personal computer, agency automation systems and various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
