Job Summary:

AssuredPartners is looking for a Human Resources Manager to add to their dynamic team. This role will manage and coordinate human resources activities for the corporate region, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

  • Assist the Corporate HR Department by providing consultation and coordination of services regarding HR projects and initiatives, operations, programs, systems, employee relations and compliance issues.
  • Ensure an elevated experience for the corporate region and a seamless employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding and when an employee is on LOA
  • Enforce and support all Corporate programs, initiatives, and compliance related activities, including conducting internal audits to ensure compliance. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs and escalate as needed.
  • Use HR systems to compile information, prepare a wide variety of personnel action forms containing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Own the education and training of all corporate employees and supervisors on various HR systems including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, and AP Workplace e-Learning and Development and Performance Management.
  • Assist Corporate HR Dept and other HR Managers administratively on a variety of HR related issues and tasks.
  • Assist with administering job postings, recruitment, and workforce planning processes as well as assist with the development of job codes and job descriptions.
  • Manage the employee performance review process for the corporate region. This includes ensuring Performance Reviews and /or Performance and Action Plans and documents are properly prepared, processed and filed.
  • Travel will be 10% or less for this role.

Qualifications

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in the HR field supporting the employee life cycle
  • PHR or SHRM- CP designations.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource systems; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software (including all MS Office products).
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
