The Account Representative is responsible for providing sales support at the direction of the Producer or Account Executive. This includes assisting in selling and marketing in coordination with all Agency personnel involved in new or existing business. This is not a direct sales position.
In addition, the Account Representative provides customer service by handling the day to day operations of clients' insurance needs.
The Account Representative will work with the Producer and Account Executive to design and recommend proper insurance and risk management services to clients.
