The Account Coordinator will provide service support at the direction of the Account Managers and Producers and is responsible for enrollment maintenance, enrollment portal administration and providing customer service to group members.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process all enrollments, terminations and changes within a 48-hour time frame.
  • Install, maintain and train clients on applicable online enrollment portals. Become a benefit online enrollment system expert.
  • Maintain open and clear communication channels with clients, producers and team members.
  • Consistently follow up, in a timely manner, on outstanding issues that may arise.
  • Accurately enter all necessary information in EPIC to ensure proper documentation
  • Answer the member services line and provide professional, exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, carriers, etc.


Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • High school degree or equivalent. College degree preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

All applicable insurance licenses.
