The AssuredPartners Branding Specialist will provide analysis, solutions, and general marketing expertise to help companies successfully migrate their brand into AssuredPartners. They will work directly with the corporate marketing department to ensure branding standards are compliant. The Branding Specialist will develop and help implement strategies for both new and existing agencies, and can influence all phases of marketing, from design, communications and distribution decisions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategy based on acquisition integration
  • Assist in development and refinement of graphic standards and visual brand strategies
  • Work within the regional structure to move to consistent brand standards and messaging in the following areas:
    • Logo
    • Website
    • Social Media
    • Marketing collateral
    • Print needs
    • Promotional items
  • Work with each agency on a communications strategy outlining necessary changes to various audiences:
    • Employees
    • Clients
    • Prospects
    • Vendors
  • After agency transition, ensure brand consistency standards
  • Follow policies and procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.


Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experiences:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.                                                 
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in marketing, communications or business; or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Adobe CS.
