The Marketing Specialist will work to increase awareness and generate visibility for AssuredPartners via branding, overall image, social media, business development, capabilities and services through marketing and communications initiatives.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute brand development and management programs, including programs to promote and maintain brand consistency.
  • Develop, design, and distribution set-up on all collateral materials.
  • Design and develop materials for tradeshows (i.e.:  booths and other related materials).
  • Design, develop and track direct marketing campaigns for sales.
  • Manage the development of social media efforts through our blog, LinkedIn, and Facebook. 
  • Monitor media outlets (print, online, social media, video and broadcast) for company coverage. Creates and submits an activity report monthly to management.
  • Manage the process of promoting the company and employees through various industry awards opportunities including interviewing applicants, answering applications, and submitting appropriate documentation.
  • Create and distribute industry specific white papers and other technical material associated with the company to the public through various media channels.
  • Industry expertise marketing representative. This role will be active with business development and marketing efforts for the specific AssuredPartners industry expertise market segments.
  • Coordinate and promote print materials through printing vendor.
  • Coordinate and promote promotional items through promotional items vendor. 
  • Develop, manage and drive internal corporate communications through the intranet. Work with IT on the upkeep and maintenance pertaining to the intranet and its functionality.
  • Follow policies and procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.


Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.                                                  
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Adobe CS.
