Our Chicopee, MA office has a need for a personal lines professional to provide outstanding customer service to our bilingual auto and homeowners clients.

 

As Personal Lines Account Executive you will be expected to serve and grow a book of clients by proactively handling renewal business and providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals. Account Executives focus on supporting agency growth through expanding the existing book of business including adding new lines of coverage as well as maintaining high retention of current customers. The Personal Lines Account Executive candidate will be a self-starter, well organized, highly detailed and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Process client requests for policy changes, billing inquiries and coverage verifications.

 

Maintain follow-up and suspense files for endorsements, correspondence, claims, renewals and expirations.

 

Conduct annual account reviews and quote and rewrite policies as necessary and/or requested.

 

Review coverages on existing accounts and recommend coverage changes as appropriate.

 

Follow company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.

 

Refers current and prospective clients to other agency departments for solicitation of other lines of business.

Qualifications

Education, Licensing, and Experience

                                                 

Massachusetts Property and Casualty License.

 

Fluency in both Spanish and English.

 

1-3 years of insurance product and customer service experience.

 

Experience and handling of Personal Lines accounts preferred.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical skills necessary.

 

Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying time constraints.

 

Experience with agency automation systems
