The CSR position requires answering 20-30 calls per day from existing clients, mortgage brokers/processors, realtors and other individuals requiring assistance. The CSR is also required to generate cross-sell leads from existing clients. The ideal candidate must be able to discuss home and auto insurance coverages, file claims with the appropriate carrier and answer clients' questions regarding their policies.
440, 2044 or 220 License is required. The ideal candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance in the State of Florida. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment is a requirement. Great phone etiquette.
