Summary

Excellent Insurance Operations Data Analyst opportunity with responsibilities to the Insurance Operations Data Leader.  Position will focus on working closely with the Insurance Operations Data Leader in providing the field with direction on all operational aspects of the revenue recognition program.  This will include responsibilities for implementation, compliance and oversight of the established processes and procedures.     

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support the Insurance Operations Data Leader in the oversight and management of all operational aspects of the revenue recognition process.
  • Assist the field with operational revenue recognition training and inquiries. Collaborate with members of the IT, Finance and Internal Audit teams as necessary to provide resolution on field/operational issues. 
  • Assist with the revenue recognition on-boarding process for newly acquired agencies, both on site and remotely as appropriate.
  • Perform other specified duties and projects as assigned by the Insurance Operations Data Leader or VP of Operations.
  • Position may require travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

This position will require an individual with a strong working knowledge of retail insurance agency operations and a working knowledge of the EPIC, AMS360 and BenefitPoint agency management systems.  Responsibilities will also include training and guidance to the field as needed to achieve our revenue recognition objectives. 

 

Education and/or Experience                                                  

Bachelor’s degree (B A.) or equivalent; a minimum of five years retail insurance agency operations experience.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Professional Insurance Designation and Insurance License preferred.
