Assists client employees with enrollment and benefit questions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job. 
  • Answers telephone calls from client employees regarding employee benefits. 
  • Responds to requests for information.
  • Assists client employees with benefits enrollment process.
  • Inputs data into client management system.


Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Post-secondary degree and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid Life and Health Insurance license
