The Regional Sales Leader for Aerospace is expected to be a validated producer who nurtures an organizational sales culture with a determined focus on organic growth, primarily through the recruitment, training, mentoring and supervision of other producers for whom the Regional Sales Leader is responsible.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise agency producers.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and at least ten (10) years experience successfully selling property and casualty insurance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Agency Management systems, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses.
Must be willing and able to travel primarily within the US, as needed.
