The Systems Accounting Specialist, working hand in hand with the Corporate Conversion Team, will be the main point of contact for the Regions/Offices Accounting/Finance team during all conversions. Will assist and provide guidance in the data mapping, agency management setup and training of the agency accounting staff on the accounting management system. Provide post conversion support as needed and will help to develop standard accounting training/workflow documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Travel may be required to branch locations for initial and ongoing training where WebEx is not an option. Potential could be up to 40% with this position.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of 5 years working insurance agency accounting experience; Proficient in day to day insurance accounting business and workflow processes, 1 year Data conversion experience, Application and data support experience preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of 5 years Applied Epic, Vertafore BenefitPoint and AMS360 Agency Management System software experience, Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software; Microsoft Visio
