Summary The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for assisting corporate-wide treasury operations. This position requires strong customer service skills with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills to evaluate and provide Treasury services that meet banking KYC requirements and comply with governmental regulations. This position will handle documentation associated with assuming or setting up new business accounts for acquired agencies, work closely with our agency’s management and accounting staff and report to the Corporate Treasury Manager. Additionally, this position acts as a back up to the Corporate Treasury Manager for certain job-related functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Overall responsibility is to provide Corporate Treasury Operations support to the field agencies and to act as a point of contact and resource for the field, providing guidance and support when and where needed.
Prepare and submit bank account documentation (KYC documentation) for assumed accounts and new accounts required.
Work closely with internal groups (Accounting, Legal, Operations, Internal Audit, and Agency Accounting Teams) on banking issues to establish/maintain accounts as needed.
Ensure accuracy of key treasury data sets of legal entities, bank accounts, licenses, user access and signatories.
Maintain accurate and complete bank account documentation, templates and files on share drive.
Manage treasury transition matrix, trac and update ongoing process.
Partner with bank operations associates to ensure accounts are opened accurately and completely, and all needed Treasury services are implemented and operating timely.
Assist Corporate Treasury Manager with managing banking relationships and infrastructure project optimization when needed.
Receive and process online banking system administration requests.
Provide audit support for cash confirmations.
Back up Corporate Treasury Manager for wire transfer processing and payroll funding.
Help support corporate accounting team regarding bank activity.
Assist Corporate Treasury Manager with cash forecast, maintain and update cash flow positions, proactively identify unincorporated outflows to consider.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B A.) required with 5-7 years of banking/treasury experience preferred. Knowledge of banking KYC procedures and FINCEN.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of online banking system administration such as BOA CashPro and JPMorgan Access. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products.
