    The Recruiter will work directly with Regional Presidents, Profit Center Leaders and other Hiring Managers on hiring needs, screening resumes, interviewing candidates (by phone and in person), making recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivering employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience within a full life cycle recruiting role, hands on experience with various selection processes and ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment.

    Provide full life cycle recruiting support to the recruitment team with duties that include sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending placement of staff and intern program recruiting.  She/he will be conducting research, engagement (externally with candidates and internally with hiring managers), managing interview logistics and supporting the Organic Growth Team.


    • 3-5 years of Recruiting experience in Finance, Consulting or Sales Industries.
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
    • Exceptional Sales, presentation, and communication skills, written and oral.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other systems.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
