The Human Resources Assistant Manager provides support for various HR processes at the Melville location. This role acts as a liaison between employees, their managers, management and the HR Director. This position helps positively resolve employee relations issues. This role provides administrative support to the human resources team as needed. This position reports to the HR Director, located in White Plains, NY.

-Bachelor's Degree or higher
