    Summary: To work with the AssuredPartners Conversion team in facilitating Agency Management Systems Conversions and ensuring quality of data integrity from prior source system to new source system.  Individual would be responsible for moving the vision of cloud based systems along with vital systems testing needed to carry out the AssuredPartners plan of database instances and data warehousing.  Having a good working knowledge of the administrative and configuration side of the system is needed.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    • Work with Project Manager in scheduling and execute all manual conversions needed for AssuredPartners to Applied Systems – Epic.
    • Coordinate and train the 3rd party integrations for Applied Systems – Epic.  Make sure the SQL environment is in place, the integration is working, set up mapping and test the integration, and identify any duplicate client files.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain the AP Epic MU Test Plan
    • Be a resource to update, develop, and create any proposals, templates, and custom forms into Applied Systems – Epic.
    • Set up remote access for all new conversions for the team
    • Coordinate/execute data pulls from source system and/or confirm with existing IT department on data pull dates
    • Add Vendors to Database or confirm with current Database Admin that Vendors have been added to database
    • Add Employees to Database or confirm with current Database Admin that Employees have been added to Database
    • Add Carriers to Database as directed by Senior System Data Analyst
    • Work with Agency to activate carriers and brokers as needed or confirm with current Database Admin that this has been done
    • Set up download for direct bill, policy download or confirm with current Database admin this has been done.  Follow through with confirming set up once go live week comes.
    • Confirm equipment for Applied Systems – Epic is appropriate, and configure scanners for go live.
    • Set up resyncs to system such as CSR24, PL Rater, EZ Lynx.
    • Confirm system is locked down for go live weekend.
    • Assist Senior System Data Analyst as needed.
    • Epic Admin training for new conversions—both new databases and new branch offices.
    • Assist in database moves for data warehouse project continuation with Director of Business Intelligence.

    Education and/or Experience                                                

    One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Other Qualifications                                                  

    Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
