    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

    During our Internship Program, you  will complete a rotation through critical teams and help with the following duties:

     

    General office duties.

      

    Audit census information.

     

    May accompany Producers on sales calls.

     

    Assist with enrollment meetings.

     

    Gathers quotations for clients and vendors.

     

    Copy data and compiles records and reports.

     

    Tabulate and post data in appropriate customer contact system or in data base or spreadsheet formats.

     

    Operate computer terminal to input and retrieve data.

     

    Open and distributes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

     

    Conduct market and client surveys.

     

    Assist with marketing initiatives.

     

    Other duties may be assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications 

    Must be proficient with computers.

     

    Preferably is proficient with Microsoft programs.

     

    Must have a valid driver’s license and preferably have a personal vehicle. 

     

    Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.  Ideal candidates will be outgoing, professional, and congenial - with inquisitive personalities and critical thinking. Candidates must also be driven, self-starting, and entrepreneurial while demonstrating a high level of maturity. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business documents, and a high degree of retention are critical.
