    Summary 

    AssuredPartners of Colorado, a local insurance brokerage agency, is growing and we are looking for a receptionist in our office – Front Range Insurance Group. AP of Colorado is a fun, fast paced, and growing company looking to add to our amazing team. 

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

    include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

    • General office duties including: handling incoming and outgoing mail, front desk scanning, answering main phone line, retrieving and distribution of electronic faxes, ordering office and kitchen supplies, and other administrative duties.
    • Updating client contact databases and mailing lists
    • Document proofreading, editing, and formatting
    • Required to maintain a professional personal presentation to everyone that approaches the office.
    • Maintain a safe and clean reception area; complies with rules and procedures
    • Other duties and special projects as assigned
    • Prepare Express Mail packages and sign for deliveries.
    • Make document copies, file documents, prepare envelopes for mailing.
    • Place and monitor work orders with building management or other office vendors as required.
    • Maintain overall cleanliness of company kitchen.
    • Keep office supplies well stocked and re-ordered on a timely basis, including AP marketing materials and brochures.
    • Project planning efforts by Director for effective events and activities and event planning including meetings, networking events, company wide events, etc.
    • Follows company procedure with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job

    Qualifications

    Qualifications 

    • Strong technology skills a must
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills
    • Courteous and professional demeanor
    • Excellent attention towards customer’s needs
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task efficiently and work well under pressure
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct self in an appropriate manner as a representative of AP
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse environment

    • Working conditions are normal for a fast-paced office work environment
    • Must be able to handle callers in a calm and professional manner.

    • May include lifting up to 25 pounds with proper lifting techniques as required
