  • Overview

    The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for assisting corporate-wide treasury operations. This position will handle documentation associated with setting up new business accounts, work closely with our agency’s accounting staff and report to the Treasury Manager. The Treasury Analyst must have high attention to detail and knowledge of banking KYC laws

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and submit new bank account documentation (KYC documentation)
    • Ensure accuracy of key treasury data sets of legal entities, bank accounts, licenses, user access and signatories
    • Work closely with internal groups (Accounting, Legal, Operations, Agency Accounting Teams) on banking issues to establish/maintain accounts as needed
    • Help corporate accounting team regarding bank activity if needed
    • Assist Treasury Manager with managing banking relationships and with any miscellaneous projects
    • Performs any other job-related instructions, as requested

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree required with 1-3 years of banking/treasury experience preferred

    • Knowledge of banking KYC procedures is a must
    • High attention to detail is required to ensure accurate business accounts are complaint
    • Proficient in Excel and other MS products
    • Must demonstrate initiative, personal responsibility and be self-motivated
    • Prioritize work and meet deadlines
