    • Customer Service Support Job Duties

    Provide additional support to the front desk receptionist: Greeting clients, mail distribution, and password management.

     

    Special Projects: Pulling Books of Business spread sheets, logging new business leads

     

     

    • Assisting the Accounting Department: processing incoming checks
    • Overseeing the customer service inbox and email distribution.

    Responsibilities

    Candidates will be required to obtain an Insurance CSR License within the first year of employment. Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Conflict Resolution, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Office.

    Qualifications

    Good written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Ideal candidate must also be proficient with computers and basic software.
