    Job Title: Employee Benefits - Retirement Account Representative

    Summary The Account Representative supports the Account Executives, Senior Account Executives and Vice President in the placement and service of employee benefits with the efficient delivery of products, services and analysis in accordance with the clients’ benefits strategy. AssuredPartners Colorado is looking for applicants with Retirement Plan and 401k backgrounds. Securities license is not required but a plus.


    Essential Duties


    -Provide comprehensive meeting follow-up for clients and team members
    -Issue, bind, compose and proofread financial reports and investment reviews as well as meeting materials
    -Respond and deliver client and internal requests in a prompt and attentive manner
    -Compose proposal and investment review presentations

    -Develop all new 401(k) marketing materials
    -Responsible for special projects
    -Recognize financial terminology and understand market impacts
    -Compose client correspondence
    -Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address issues
    -Foster a good working relationship with clients either through direct contact or in support of client needs
    -Preparing meeting schedules and call agendas for clients
    -Display logical, work-oriented and analytical thought processes

    Education and/or Experience                                               

    Retirement and 401k experience.


    One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic understanding of underwriting and insurance coverages is highly desired.
