    Job Title: Service Support Specialist 

    Department: Enrollment

    Reports To: Enrollment Supervisor

    FLSA Status: Non-exempt

     

    Summary The Service Support Speicliast is responsible for day-to-day scanning, imaging, and indexing work for Enrollment Services and COBRA processing and fulfillment.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties

    • Scan a variety of documents from multiple sources to imaging software and index accurately for the enrollment team to key into the applicable systems.
    • Process and fulfill daily COBRA paperwork to include monitoring of specific items.
    • Print, stuff and mail COBRA notices properly.
    • Track client employee and participant issues that arrive via email, fax or mail into the appropriate database.
    • Key employee and participant information into computer systems using established office procedures.
    • Represent AP Benefit Advisors in a positive and professional fashion with both internal and external customers.
    • Provide team with appropriate timelines to ensure that expectations and turnaround times are met.
    • Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience                                               

    • 2-Year or 4-Year College Degree Preferred
    • 2+ years of office environment working experience or combination of education and/or equivalent work experience
    • Strong PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems.
    • Knowledge of health, life and disability plans preferred
