Summary Increases Personal Lines sales through direct sales efforts and by leading and directing all Agency personal lines sales and service operations with the collaboration of Managing Directors and staff.
Sells Personal Lines insurance.
Develops strategies, systems, and marketing plans for selling new and existing products.
Works with Managing Directors and other personnel to enhance sales of Personal Lines insurance. Establishes Personal Lines sales goals in conjunction with Managing Directors. Develops business plans.
Develops employee skills and programs to enhance cross-selling.
Monitors Personal Lines sales in each office. Provides direction and training to those involved in Personal Lines production. Drives efficiencies. Standardizes processes and procedures. Promotes quality improvement initiatives.
Is responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Agency's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or more than ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Appropriate insurance license. Valid driver's license.
