    Summary Responsible for assisting the Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, and/or Department Manager by performing the following duties. Possible part time position after the summer based on performance and availability. 


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    During our Internship Program, the Intern will complete a rotation through critical teams and help with the following duties:


    General office duties.


    Assembles client proposals.


    Organizing prospects.


    Assembles client proposals.


    Audits census information.


    May accompany Producers on sales calls.


    Assists with enrollment meetings.


    Gathers quotations for clients and vendors.


    Copies data and compiles records and reports.


    Tabulates and posts data in appropriate customer contact system or in data base or spreadsheet formats.


    Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data.


    Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.


    Assist with marketing initiatives.


    Other duties may be assigned.




    Must be proficient with computers. Must have a valid driver’s license and preferably have a personal vehicle. 


    Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.  Ideal candidates will be outgoing, professional, and congenial - with inquisitive personalities and critical thinking. Candidates must also be driven, self-starting, and entrepreneurial while demonstrating a high level of maturity. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business documents, and a high degree of retention are critical.
