  • Overview

    The CSR position requires answering 35-40 calls per day from existing clients, mortgage brokers/processors, realtors and other individuals requiring assitance.  The CSR is also required to generate cross-sell leads from existing clients.  The ideal candidate must be able to discuss home and auto insurance coverages, file claims with the appropriate carrier and answer clients' questions regarding their policies.


    220, 2044 or 440 license is required.  Ideal candidate must be familiar with property and casualty insurance in Florida.  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high technology environment is a must.  Good verbal and written communication skills are also required.
