Job Title: Vertafore AMS360 Administrator

Reports To: Vice President of Information Technology

Summary Individual serves as the primary person for administration of the agency management system.
Vertafore AMS360 Administrator will manage all aspects of AMS360 and other insurance software for the platform. An individual in this position will be able to perform system migration and conversions.
Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with the agency management system.
Ensures the system is operating at proper levels and analyzes, tests, and implements new system software releases.
Summarizes changes and notifies users prior to implementation.
Determines source of the problem, resolves problems, analyzes and evaluates incident reports and makes recommendations to reduce incident rate.
Train new staff on all aspects of using these systems.
Work to improve workflow consistency.
Interview power users and management at all locations to help improve productivity.

Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to run system processes during off-hours if deemed necessary.
Ability to travel between region offices, attend yearly AMS conferences, and Vertafore AMS360 system experience is required. Insurance agency, BenefitPoint, and WorkSmart experience is a plus.
