Job Title: IT Agency Management System Administrator
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Vice President of Information Technology
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary Serves as the primary person for technical support of the Agency management system by performing the following duties.
Agency management system administrator
Perform agency management migration and conversions
Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with the agency management system.
Ensures the system is operating at proper levels and analyzes, tests, and implements new system software releases. Summarizes changes and notifies users prior to implementation.
Logs and tracks calls and maintains history records and related problem documentation. Determines source of the problem. Resolves problems.
Analyzes and evaluates incident reports and makes recommendations to reduce incident rate.
Manage all aspects of AMS360 for the platform
Lead internal AMS User group meetings
Administration of AMS360 for 500+ users in multiple offices
Reply to support requests and assist users with daily processes as needed
Work closely with System trainer and accounting staff
Improve workflow consistency
Interview power users and management at all locations to help improve productivity

Ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. AMS360 or Vertafore experience is required. Cisco experience a plus.
