Summary: Answers phones when necessary, great and direct visitors, pull policy downloads from carrier sites, compile, update, and maintains files. Submit requests to underwriters, obtain and report results to appropriate people or companies, and enter data into appropriate customer contact system by performing the following duties included in the Essental Duties section.
Include the following:
Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
Retrieves files from each department’s canning bins throughout the day.
Takes dictation by machine and transcribes correspondence.
Scan files into EtFile program, maintains scanning report and organizes and prepares boxes of scanned documents for shredding.
Processes daily UPS/FedEx shipping via online system.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
Prepares stock inventory of office supplies.
Composes routine correspondence and e-mails.
Performs routine copy and binding projects.
Copies data and compiles records and reports.
Acts as Receptionist and Mail Representative.
Assists Team Managers with special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
