AssuredPartners is one of the largest insurance brokers in the U.S. with over 4,500 employees in over 130 offices. We are searching for a commercial lines producer in our Rocky Hill office to solicit and sell commercial property and liability insurance products to Connecticut businesses.

The position demands critical/creative thinking to develop and deliver applicable solutions to our clients. If you are not currently in the insurance business we will train you. But you must have prior sales experience and be willing to make a serious commitment to our one-year structured sales training program - the rewards will exceed your expectations! Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and one to two years of sales related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be a self-starter, imaginative, and creative with good communications skills and strong sales skills.
Must be competitive, persistent, and self-reliant, with high energy and sales drive.
Must be able to cold-call on prospects, influence others and close the sale.
Must be willing to travel.
Must possess valid driver’s license.
