Summary The Corporate Paralegal will play an integral role in the Legal Department by assisting in the maintenance and optimization of AssuredPartners’ corporate structure.

Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Experience in an in-house legal department for a medium to large company is strongly preferred
Must have experience maintaining corporate books and records, including stock records
Must have experience managing the contracting process, including maintaining and updating forms and templates
Advanced Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel in particular
Excellent written (including contract drafting and editing) and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, professional environment by meeting deadlines while staying focused on details
Paralegal certification and familiarity with entity management software preferred
