The front desk is the central hub for our office and is an extremely integral part of our operation.  This position requires a professional and energetic personality.  In addition to greeting visitors and answering the phone, this position will assist the account management team with various tasks including mailings, data entry and communication with clients.  A willingness to pitch in and help others with deadlines and an ability to keep multiple tasks organized is essential. 


Duties and Responsibilities 

Front Desk essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for answering all phone calls
  • Greet visitors
  • Manage office equipment and supplies
  • Process and handle all incoming mail – includes scanning for paperless efforts
  • Check MVRs from prior day/Enter new requests/Document all activity
  • Data entry- schedules, vehicles, drivers, etc.
  • Maintain and distribute faxes
  • Backend scanning
  • Grocery/Supply Ordering
  • Interface with clients and carriers as needed
  • Issue certificates and auto ID cards

  • Will be required to obtain Colorado P&C license
  • Must be able to work within a team
  • Have a strong customer service orientation
  • Possess good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
