Summary Compiles, updates, and maintains files, submitting requests to underwriters, obtaining results, and reporting results to appropriate people or companies, and entering data into appropriate customer contact system by performing the following duties.
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answers main phone line for both CO and TX offices.
Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
Scan files into agency management system, maintains scanning report and organizes and prepares boxes of scanned documents for shredding.
Processes daily UPS/FedEx shipping via online system.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
Prepares stock inventory of office supplies.
Composes routine correspondence and e-mails.
Performs routine copy and binding projects.
Copies data and compiles records and reports.
Assists Account Managers as needed with file maintenance.
Assists other departments with special projects.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
