We are looking for an individual with strong data & analytical skills for this highly visible role. The role will be hands-on and expected to develop and deliver highly analytical tools and solutions while applying existing knowledge and teaching others.  This person will work with various corporate and regional stakeholders identifying, harvesting, and curating datasets for consumption across the organization.

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the IT/data teams, managing incoming requests related to policy data, AMS analysis, carrier reporting, and business insights.
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation efforts, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and Field teams to define reporting needs and ensure clarity for development execution.
• Translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions, providing step-by-step guidance to developers and ensuring alignment with business goals and data strategy.
• Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing completed work, validating results, and following up with the business for clarification or additional input as needed.
• Travel up to 10%

• BS/BA or higher required with a Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years of experience performing data analysis; experience prototyping and developing reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or MicroStrategy is highly preferred
• 5 years of related experience; Experience with analyzing large data and complex data sets and working in spreadsheet applications; Experience with programming languages (e.g. M, DAX, SQL); Software development or coding experience
• Strong design, coding, debugging and analytical skills, especially across a cloud data ecosystem
• Knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance and Employee Benefits insurance; Knowledge of Power BI and or Snowflake
• Works collaboratively with others, and effectively communicates complex analysis, solutions, limits, and options to technical and nontechnical audiences
