What You'll Do

  • With support from sales leadership, develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business in the Commercial Lines Middle Market space
  • Leverage our national resources and vertical expertise (e.g., Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Energy etc.) to deliver customized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity in Salesforce and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Represent AssuredPartners at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in insurance, financial services, benefits consulting, or a related field
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial insurance lines, risk management, funding strategies, compliance, and underwriting
  • Proven ability to build trust, influence decision-makers, and close complex deals
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for helping clients solve complex, real-world problems
  • Active Commercial Lines license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally
