The Account Executive will be responsible for renewal retention of existing aircraft insurance customer by quoting, selling, and writing personal aircraft insurance for aircraft owners in a fast-paced, high volume insurance agency. This position requires a significant degree of independent judgement and discretion to facilitate day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs.

Why This Role?
Primary focus is meeting and exceeding new business goals for the agency, in accordance with agency policies and
procedures.
Must interact with underwriters at multiple insurance companies by phone and email to obtain insurance
quotes and issue renewal policies.
Outbound efforts include contacting customers to gather additional information, responding to internet
requests for quotes, and following up on quoted customers.
Outbound efforts also include closing new sales via outbound telemarketing to lists of target prospects.
Explain insurance coverages and offer insurance advice to prospective and existing customers.
Maintains records according to Agency standards, ensures that procedures are properly followed and that
information ins properly documented and readily accessible.
Assists in the development of strong personal relationships with insurance carrier personnel.
Responsible for meeting individual and team monthly sales and quality goals while working in a team environment.
Dedicates time to personal professional and job competency development.
Completes continuing education requirements to maintain required Property/Casualty insurance license.
