• Audit and review client billing statements for accuracy.
• Check spreadsheets for the client accounting team.
• Ensure we are receiving all required invoices.
• Work with carriers to obtain invoices through electronic means.
• Provide appropriate timelines to internal and external clients to meet expectations and turnaround times.
• Scan and copy documents.
• Work independently and within the team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
• Represent AssuredPartners positively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
• Contribute to the team goals by accomplishing related projects.
• Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – excellent Excel skills preferred.
• Prior Billing experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to teammates' needs without jeopardizing client deliverables.
• Strong research skills and an ability to resolve most issues without assistance.
• Experience in related roles and knowledge of health, life, and disability plans are preferred by not required.
