AssuredPartners West Region is seeking a Human Resource Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV!

The Human Resources Administrator assists the HR department by managing employee data, responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and practices and assists with various HR projects.

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

• Compiles and maintains HR records using electronic filing system.
• Assists with HR projects.
• Enters information in HRIS for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Coordinates new employee orientation.
• Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at establishment.
• Tracks employee performance reviews and salary increases.
• Completes employment verifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

• Bachelor's Degree; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Technical savviness and able to use MS Office products
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• HR Certification within 1 year of hire
