Overview

We are seeking an organized, driven individual to join our team as Transformation Project Manager for Project Liftoff, a transformation program including 3 major projects. As the Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in organizing and managing the work of this major organization-wide transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage project-related activities from planning to deployment, including development of schedules, scopes, budgets, estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years in project management or related role, preferably within an Insurance Brokerage or Carrier focus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strong relationships while driving accountability
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems, specifically BenefitPoint is preferred
  • Tech savvy: ability to learn multiple systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Travel expected to be <10% per year.
