You will work closely with the Senior Compensation Manager to create job architecture, design salary structures, and implement both short-term and long-term incentive plans. Your responsibilities will also include utilizing project management skills to organize, plan, and execute projects from vision through implementation, analyzing project needs, determining necessary resources, and ensuring objectives are met.
