At AssuredPartners, our Hunt Valley, MD office is hiring for a 90 temporary Microsoft Outlook Administrator. We want client-facing subject matter experts who can handle excel and outlook requirements in our high-volume office. If you are ready for the challenge, then come apply with us!

 

Maryland Resident Pay Range: $20.00 - 25.00 per hour - 37.5 to 40 hours a week (Overtime could be possible)

 

Summary:

This position manages a group Outlook mailbox to ensure emails are assigned and responded to in a timely fashion.

What You'll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assigns incoming emails to appropriate personnel for response.
  • Uses various Outlook functionality (i.e., sorting, color coding, creating outlook folders, moving emails) to monitor inbox items to ensure all emails are responded to according to established guidelines
  • Follow up regarding outstanding emails and work with appropriate personnel to verify items are being addressed.
  • Move completed emails to assigned folders.
  • Notify theSupervisor of potential issues that require priority attention/need to be escalated
  • Work in an organized and efficient manner to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities, ensuring expectations and strict turnaround times are met.
  • Respond to routine inquiries
  • Work independently and within the team to meet objectives
  • Represent AssuredPartners in a positive and professional manner with both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Attendance, punctuality, and commitment to the project are vital.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook Functions
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge
  • Exceptional Organization Skills
  • Experience in related role preferred, but not required.
